An algae curtain
brimming with life

Read the Guide as Text

Welcome to the Forest of the Future.

Bathed in gentle light, towering green tubes stand intertwined like lush trees.
This is a photobioreactor—a massive system designed to efficiently absorb light energy and cultivate algae using only a small amount of water.

Inside these tubes grows an algae called Spirulina, a nutrient-rich species packed with vitamins, minerals, and protein, already widely used as a food source.

Microalgae, which photosynthesize in water, are even more efficient at harnessing solar energy than land plants.
With minimal water, they can absorb large amounts of carbon dioxide and produce organic compounds that serve as energy sources.

One day, photobioreactors may be cultivated not just in research labs, but on city buildings—reshaping urban landscapes into living forests.
A future where these structures blend seamlessly into our daily lives may be closer than you think.
